Warranty Terms

All DVRs are covered 13 months’warranty from the delivery date on. Repair or replacement service is provided free of charge by Shenzhen Bodekang Technology Co.,Ltd.(called SUPPLIER below). Two ways for BUYER choice as following,

1) BUYER has his own service center where products can be repaired. In this case,SUPPLIER will deliver components or parts to BUYER’s service center according to checklist.
2) BUYER does not have service center where products can be repaired. For all RMA cases, shipping charges are covered half by half between BUYER and SUPPLIER. SUPPLIER promises all RMA case will be finished within 2 weeks except for those products which have been stopped production.


The following aspects are not in the scope of warranty:


1. Non-contract products from SUPPLIER
2. Products without covered warranty
3. Expired warranty period
4. Products are verified to be damaged by misuse
5. Products are verified to be disassembled, repaired, refit or replaced by people not from SUPPLIER
6. Failure or damage cause by war, riot, natural disasters, such as floods, explosions, fires, earthquakes, lightning and etc. For contract products with expired warranty, SUPPLIER can provide repair and replacement


services required by BUYER with extra charges in mutual agreed way except for those products which have been stopped production. All DVRs are covered 13 months’warranty from the delivery date on.
